Ayurvedic Nutrition

Yogic Practice

  • As the leaves change color and the air turns crisp, Fall invites us to embrace change and let go of what no longer serves us. During this season, we will explore grounding and introspective yoga practices that help us find balance amidst the shifting energies. Our live gatherings will focus on connecting with the earth element, building strength, and cultivating gratitude. Self-paced learning modules will delve into Ayurvedic principles to help you adapt your diet and lifestyle to the seasonal changes. We’ll also explore the Root Chakra, understanding how it influences our sense of stability and security, and the Sacral Chakra, tapping into our creativity and embracing change fearlessly.

  • As winter blankets the world in stillness and reflection, we will dive into practices that nourish the body, mind, and soul. We’ll engage in gentle and restorative yoga practices that support inner healing and restoration during this time of hibernation. Our live gatherings will explore the water element, encouraging fluidity and emotional release. Self-paced learning modules will delve into Ayurvedic practices to support your immunity and vitality during the colder months. The focus will be on the Solar Plexus Chakra, empowering you to embrace your authentic self and step into your personal power, and the Heart Chakra, cultivating compassion, love, and connection.

Our live gatherings will celebrate the air element, encouraging openness and expansiveness in both body and mind. Self-paced learning modules will explore Ayurvedic practices to help you cleanse and detoxify, aligning with the season of renewal. The focus will shift to the Throat Chakra, empowering you to express your authentic voice and speak your truth, and the Third Eye Chakra, deepening your intuition and inner wisdom.

We’ll explore energizing and transformative yoga practices, harnessing the sun's power to elevate our practice. Our live gatherings will focus on the fire element, igniting our passion and willpower. Self-paced learning modules will explore Ayurvedic practices for maintaining balance during the hot months. The focus will now be on the Crown Chakra, connecting you to your higher self and universal consciousness.

The second gathering will be a live yoga practice, designed to align with the season's elements, supporting your physical growth and expansion. The third gathering of the season will delve deep into the exploration of a specific chakra, combining insightful discussions and yoga practice to empower and balance your energy centers.
